HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Even though your Smash Heart Box is custom made, we only need 12 to 24 hours notice to have one ready to be picked up, but please don't wait to the last minute to order. We create your order the morning it is due to help maintain the freshness of the strawberries.

WHY CAN'T I HAVE MY BOX SHIPPED?

Smash Hearts are far too delicate to be shipped. We currently only offer in-store pickup. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO PAY WITH CASH AT TIME OF PICKUP?

All our boxes are custom made and paid before being prepared, with that being said, you are welcome to stop in to the store and place your order and pay at that time.

WHAT IS UNDER THE HEART?

Any gift of your choice, if you would like to stop in our store and pick out some goodies to be placed under it, you are more than welcome to do so. We have an assortment of gummy's, candy, lollipops or even add Cakesicles if you'd like.

HOW BIG OF AN AREA IS UNDER THE HEART FOR A GIFT?

The gift can be up to 2 inches high & 7 inches wide, it's excellent for gift cards & jewelry boxes.

DO I HAVE TO SMASH THE HEART WITH THE MALLET THAT COMES WITH IT?

No. The smashing possibilities are endless... juuuust be careful of the gift.

BUT WILL MY GIFT GET ALL CHOCOLATE?

We recommend wrapping your gift in plastic wrap or place it in a sealable plastic bag.

HOW DO I PLACE MY GIFT UNDER THE HEART?

Simply lift the heart up & put the gift underneath, Smash Hearts can be moved but be cautious as the chocolate is very thin.

HOW LONG DOES MY BOX LAST AFTER BEING PICKED UP?

Smash Hearts need to be refrigerated. We recommend only leaving them out for up 10 hours at room temperature. The Chocolate Heart will last two to three weeks at room temperature, we recommend putting it in a sealable storage bag. The Chocolate Covered Strawberries are only good for two days in the refrigerator. The Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods do not need to be refrigerated and are good for up to two weeks in an airtight container or a sealable storage bag.
